Dove is one of the leading personal care brands in America. In 2004, Dove Beauty began its Self-Esteem Project to generate conversations about body positivity and increase awareness of the importance of self-esteem. My class was challenged to pick a brand that could expand and improve. My group felt that if thorough research and more marketing strategies were implemented with this project, Dove could develop the campaign further, strengthening its overall brand. Taking the role of survey director, I focused on and conducted the survey research portion of the project. As a group, we collected our research to consolidate the best marketing strategy to achieve Dove’s goals.
